FARGO, N.D. – North Dakota State women’s basketball assistant coach Jaime Adams was recently inducted into the South Dakota High School Basketball Hall of Fame.
Adams was one of 12 South Dakota standouts in the South Dakota High School Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2026. She was a four-year starter and helped Watertown to four state tournaments and was starter on the 1993 Class AA state title team.
Adams, who was inducted to the Bison Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019, went on to play for NDSU from 1997-01 and was a starter on the 2000 NCAA Division II national runner-up team. She also earned 2001 Daktronics Division II All-American Third Team honors.
Adams is entering her ninth overall season with the Bison following her first stint with the program as an assistant coach from 2008-12. Over the last four seasons, she has helped the Bison to their first-ever Summit League regular season title and four straight postseason tournament appearances.
